1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by Plat360form Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By engaging our services or entering into a contract with us, you (“the Client”) agree to these terms.

2. Overseas Contracts
Plat360form Ltd may provide services to clients located outside the United Kingdom. All contracts entered into with Plat360form Ltd shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client is responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws, regulations, and requirements within their own jurisdiction when engaging our services.
3. Payment Currency
All invoices issued by Plat360form Ltd are payable in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where payments are made from overseas, the client is responsible for any:
- International transfer fees
- Bank processing charges
- Currency exchange costs
The full invoiced amount must be received by Plat360form Ltd.
4. Payment Structure
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project payments are structured in three equal stages.
Stage 1 – Project Commencement
The first payment (33.33%) is due upon acceptance of the proposal or agreement. Work will begin once payment has been received.
Stage 2 – Project Development
The second payment (33.33%) becomes due at the agreed project milestone or at the midpoint of the project.
Stage 3 – Project Completion
The final payment (33.33%) is due upon completion of the project and before the final delivery of services, documentation, or materials.
5. Late Payments
If payment is not received by the agreed due date, Plat360form Ltd reserves the right to:
- Suspend ongoing work
- Delay delivery of project outputs
- Charge interest or administrative fees in accordance with applicable UK regulations
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, materials, reports, designs, or deliverables produced by Plat360form Ltd remain the property of the company until full payment has been received.
Upon receipt of the final payment, rights or usage licences will be transferred to the client as agreed within the project contract.
7. Limitation of Liability
Plat360form Ltd will use reasonable skill and care in providing its services. However, the company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
8. Amendments
Plat360form Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
